The ultimate basement experience. Our clients desired a functional and fun family room to spend their free time in, while also showcasing their sports memorabilia. The results not only exceeded the client’s expectations, but it also won several local and national awards! The main design challenge for this project was to capture dead space and integrate a garage into the family room space. We added a structural beam for long-term integrity and moved the utilities to one room by creating a legal bedroom with an egress window well. We finished out this project by remodeling the existing bathroom, adding a wine room, a full service bar, and a gas fireplace. A functional space elevated into the stunning basement family area that our clients envisioned.
