Our company undertook the comprehensive design and construction of a small 3-story addition, starting from the ground up. A strong emphasis was placed on ensuring structural integrity with a new foundation for the addition. On the main floor, our team fulfilled the client’s desire for an improved interior flow between the kitchen and dining rooms by introducing a thoughtfully designed screened porch and deck that included new doors to the home. The third level of the addition was enclosed to create a seamlessly integrated home office for the clients, adjoining the owner’s suite. Plus, the addition was built in order to not encroach upon the existing yard space. A roll-up garage door was also installed as the clients wanted additional security and privacy. Overall, this three-level addition reflects our commitment to both functionality, stability, and aesthetics to deliver a truly transformative renovation for this client.
