Our client wanted to take their outdated Ranch style home and redesign the existing spaces to better suit their growing family. This project involved a re-design of 1/3 of the home’s first floor to better connect the foyer to the kitchen and dining areas. We removed a few walls to help create a more unified eat-in kitchen area that also connected seamlessly to the formal dining room. We also relocated the pantry and added more storage. In addition to remodeling the kitchen, our clients also desired a new luxurious master bathroom with double vanities, and new clerestory windows. We also renovated the hall bathroom for the kids. The results of this project are stunning – a complete transformation of an existing space to create a better flow throughout the first level, updated two bathrooms with more modern aesthetics, and all within the confines of the existing home.
