Founder
As founder of Spectrum Design Build, Keith’s standard of excellence and professional integrity infuse every step of the home remodeling process, and specifically Spectrum’s approach to integrated Design + Build as the preferred methodology to complete projects. For more than two decades, he’s helped Clients transform their homes with thoughtful design, innovative solutions, collaborative intent, and superior craftsmanship. He’s not only the owner-manager of this award-winning company, but he takes great pride in having built a company of dedicated employees, participating and donating in his community, and holistically giving back to the building and remodeling industry. As example, Keith serves on committees and associations such as the DC CODE TAG Committee for IRC, IEBC, and Energy code adoptions, PRO Mid-Atlantic, MBIA and its carpenter apprenticeship program, and often serves as an expert witness protecting consumers, code compliance, and general building safety and methodology issues.
